How do you find art thief's? Cause I would never be able to find someone stealing my art or anybody's art in general

It’s actually not me who finds them the majority of the time. I have a lot of friends online who recognize my work instantly, so they alert me if someone’s been tracing it.
If I ever come across a trace of my work, I always know it’s mine because most people trace it directly, so it looks identical.
I wouldn’t blame the victims of art thieves though. I mean. If an art thief were to draw something from someone using your stuff as a base, and then gives it to someone. The person who recieved that pic has no idea that it was copied from your art. So technically they shouldn’t be blamed because they had no idea the art they were recieving was copied.
