Here in Mexico child pornography laws don’t extend to fictional characters (which is fucking stupid by the way).

Mexican child pornography laws stay grounded in the real fucking world and are just applied to PEOPLE. Which is defined here as a human being with rights and liabilities.

Not cartoon characters. So I’m allowed to draw as much shota as I want.

That is probably the most nonsensical and hilarious thing I’ve read all week.

Wait a fuck! It is illegal to DRAW underage porn?

I mean I have issues calling 15-17 year olds willingly sharing lewd pictures with people, child porn. Considering it is completely consensual.
But drawing characters being child pornography?! What the fuck US?

I thought the whole purpose of child pornography and child abuse laws was to protect children. So who the fuck are you protecting when the “victim” literally doesn’t fucking exist?
