This needs to be heard.
It’s hard to stand by and watch people beat them selves up because they think they’re worthless and that nobody cares about them, and know that there is barely anything I can do the help, when they really need someone to hug and hold them close, so that way they know that there is at least 1 person out there who loves and cares for them, so they feel safe, happy, and loved.
