How I imagine Americans to make food.

As an American I can say this is not how we cook, I don’t see a steak or flag and the number of guns on the table is far too low.
You have to discharge several rounds in order to heat the barrel before you add it to the food. Otherwise the food won’t cook because a room temperature gun isn’t warm enough.
Depending on the size of the meal, you typically want to go for two full reloads before emptying the gun and adding it to the food. If you need to cook a lot of food, you can use a larger gun, such as a machine gun.
Little known fact, the habit of heating our food with discharged firearms comes from the British, who heat the water they use to make tea using Vickers machine guns.
