Happy Birthday Sonic! ^_^

Finished! It’s only a sketch, but I put in a lot of effort to make it look nice.

Bit of Sonic X personality in this one with the flowers, I thought it would be really sweet! @asmallspark Inspired me to expand on this idea as well with his friends all giving him flowers. (even Eggman makes an appearance XD) And I wanted each flower to kind of resemble each character as well.
