It can be assumed that Sombra uses her uber haxor abilities to steal her tech from others.

A really clear example would be her Translocator. Look familiar?

It was most likely an early prototype of Tracer’s Chrono accelerator made by Winston. It also looks really similar to Winston’s shield device and Tracer’s pulse bomb (which must also have been designed by Winston). It would make sense too. If Tracer randomly poofs, they would have used the translocator to teleport her back into the correct spot but the downside being that it was a separate device.

This is why I love her character so far.
