Help needed - This guy is stealing my stuff!

Anyone out there who has an idea how to stop this guy? All I can do is filing DMCA takedowns for the images he uses but then he just takes the next picture and goes on. He blocked me on twitter, probably thinking I wouldnt see it anymore -.- He is using my name and pictures all over the internet… on Twitter, Youtube, his other Youtube channel, Twitch, Google+ and probably more services I did not find yet. He uses images by @miss-jessiie, @candyclops, @ratofponi and many other artists without mine or their permission.

I tried sending nice messages at first, asking him to stop, he ignored it. I started filing takedowns where possible but he also ignores them and just uses other pictures… I am not sure what else I can do as I live in another country so legal actions might not be easy…

So if anyone has an idea how to stop this guy, let me know!
