I tried the #NintendoSwitch and it put all my anxieties to rest and made me feel like home. It’s games are fantastic and while the Joycons are small, it is REALLY comfertable! One of the most comfy controllers I ever held and the gyro works wonders!

And to answer that million dollar question: both the Joycons and the pro controller have digital triggers

Here are the games I played and my impressions!

Zelda BOTW: feels better playing it her than on the Wii U version, still has some framrate issues, but it plays great!

ARMS: Takes some time to get used to, but it’s still fun as hell!

Splatoon 2: DUELIES WILL BE MY MAIN WEAPON OF CHOICE!!!

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: The battle mode is FANTASTIC!!! And I feel that it is truely refined over the other MK’s.

And finally,
Sonic Mania: The drop dash is AMAZING and it’s better than the light speed dash and homing attack! I actually used the single Joycon for it and again it’s really comfy to play.

Unfortunately the event went way too fast and I didn’t have time to play the other games, despite the wait being not as bad as I thought.

And the pro controller is the most comfy controller since the GameCube controller!

The Joycons themselves are pretty thick and makes the handheld mode feel nice as well.

I totally recommend the Switch just for the games alone that coming witching a few months!
