Publix is also dedicated to giving jobs to people with autism, down syndrome, and physical disabilities that other employers won’t accomadate. At the Publix I go to a lot, a few of the employees don’t speak English and work the checkout line with a bagger who is also a translator. They hired a kid I knew for while who was afraid he would never be able to hold a job because he is autistic and had a physical deformity and now he’s the deli manager.
Note - you have to be hired by Amazon directly, not by a staffing agency affiliate, which they love to use to cut costs
