Also proably enroll tomorrow (11/2/17) becuase the site is currently down for “Maintainence” but honestly it’s super-easy and takes like half an hour, tops.

Virginia isn’t one of those states. I entered my yearly income as $0. The cheapest plan it offers is $546.21. A month. I’m not sure how they expect a person with no income to pay nearly $600 a month.
