the type of customer who makes you want to break the rules and process their unreasonable request just so they’ll be out of your life
One time a white lady complained at the front desk about me because I didn’t say hi to her before asking her to not her donation on the ground (I work at goodwill and if we have to pick up everyone’s things it can really injure our backs) and then last night a different white lady started yelling across the store at the front desk because we were closing the dressing rooms a little early.
Why are people like this
