Somepony gave Flim and Flam the curriculum Twilight came up with and the writers made it a point that she asked how they got it and never received an answer.
Not to mention both Chancellor Neighsay and Cozy Glow were in this episode. So far they both have a reputation in the fandom for being untrustworthy and honestly I’m sitting here trying to figure out which one I trust the least.
Did Chancellor Neighsay put Flim and Flam up to this by giving him one of the copies that Twilight initially distributed to the EEA?
But Cozy Glow seems to have gotten awfully familiar with the mane 6; even going so far as to enter their offices to let them know about deliveries and to chat with them. Could she have snuck in and stolen a copy of the curriculum to give to Flim and Flam?
Or did Flim and Flam get it by complete accident since it seems like they don’t have ties to either Cozy Glow or Neighsay and Im just overthinking things?
