Some context: It was the first time I had been a DM for a D&D group. While we were waiting one of my players said they wanted a dick that they carry around for an item. just theirs. so i said okay and we started playing.
this is what happend during the first fight.

Thief: I want to throw the dick at the gaurdsman.

Me: …Okay roll.

Thief: …20

Me: …you throw the dick at the gaurdsman. it goes straight through his head before returning to your hand.

Thief: Wait the dick is magic?

Me: You rolled a 20 so i guess it is now.

She proceeded to roll high numbers for every roll relating to the dick.
