I can’t believe that my follower count is finally in the 4 digit range, I feel so lucky to have reached this milestone after 3 years of hard work! I am so glad that I’ve come this far and am ever so grateful to have an amazing and supportive following that helps me not only with my art, but also seems to genuinely care about my feelings. You’re all so awesome and I thank you.

Another one? AGAIN? Already? Yes it’s the November postcard/wallpaper
dealy! I was on time this time, would you look at that. This one is… a
little more special to me than the others though.
Six years ago today, on the 13th of November, I decided on basically a whim to start a pony blog. That blog was Ask Firestarter Spitfire,
and it, and the things that led from it, have taken over my life. This
blog has, no joke, caused me to change career tracks entirely. It’s
pushed me to develop skills that otherwise I’d have never even touched.
But more important than that, it’s reached out to people and really
affected them. It’s amazing and quite humbling some of the stories I
hear about readers’ experiences with my work, and Spitfire more than
anything else. I’m immensely grateful to have had that opportunity and
to play that role for some people, and I can only hope that I keep doing
it.
Spitfire’s story is basically done. It has been for like
three years now, but I can’t seem to let her go. Even if it’s just
goofing around, I’ll probably still be making posts on this blog for
quite a while to come. If you’ve been around since the beginning thanks
for sticking with me, and if you’re only just showing up now, welcome!
Sorry about the mess. I’m gonna be clearing some things up soon
hopefully.

Thank you all so much guys! I’ve Been drawing consistently for just over half a year now and things have kind of exploded for me recently, it really makes me happy to see more and more people liking my art :D
To celebrate, I’m going to be taking 5 winners for 500 followers!
However, due to my holiday, I’m going to need some time to catch up, finish the previous raffle winners’ pics and work on those wips I posted. So I’m going to be leaving the raffle up for one week. (I still wanted to post the raffle now to keep it in line to when I’m actually achieving the milestones).I’ll post up a reminder on the morning of the day I’m picking them out to let ya know when it’s happening.
